I I support around 150 staff and
hundreds of students at two different campuses. This school is moving to Google School, so I mostly use
the Google Environment for my daily tasks, but some of our systems still use the Microsoft Environment.
Besides that, I also use our ticketing system to record our tasks and projects. My everyday tasks are
usually supporting staff and students when they have IT-related issues, which include fixing audio/
video, reimaging laptops, resetting passwords, fixing VOIP settings on phones, and assembling computer
peripherals. I also maintain our internal servers and switches, route our network, our Chromebooks/
laptops, and printers and license our usable software.
