This Company is active in CATERING & SUPPORT services in all over United Arab Emirates. Major business clients related to Oil & Gas, Health care, Education and Government offices.
Reporting to Finance and Commercial Director, I am responsible for:
Financial reporting
Preparation of financial statements.
Annual budget preparation and forecasting.
Bank reconciliation
Monitoring of GL activities, chat of account, payments, receivables and treasury management, as well as payroll.
Doing monthly and annually closing of accounts.
My main achievements in this job under the direction of Finance and commercial Director includes:
Correction and preparation of formats of financial statement in SAGE software Excel based as of company requirement.
Budget preparation of 100 catering & support services operations in excel and as well as consolidation of budget 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.
Working as an inventory officer at Abu Dhabi office, performs following responsibilities and duties include:
Conduct internal stock audit
Review of inventory working papers and ensure quality control.
Preparation of Stock Purchase and Sales meetings.
Logistic control
Random stock checking
Conduct quarterly stock checking
Prepare stock reports
Prepare all kinds of stock reports and present to management
Other Attributes:
Provide on the job training to subordinates
Encourage assistants to discuss freely ideas for improving efficiency and client service.
Promote team efforts to enable efficient and effective completion of work.
Committed team player with strong problem solving and organizational skills.
Ability to plan, organize, and reliably complete projects with minimal or no supervision.
