*Conceptualised and executed production, storage, off-take, pricing (spot and long-term) and logistics framework in KSA leveraged by volume buyers in Singapore, Dubai, India & China.
*Mitigated supply-side production risk through integration with refinery/petrochemical plant turnaround departments.
*Formulated & managed complex off-take agreements and led negotiations between local suppliers and international buyers.

- Innovated new businesses within the current space such as leak sealing, chemical cleaning and hot tapping.
*Entailed opportunity recognition, staffing, training, equipping, leading and deploying the teams, thereby diversifying my Division’s revenue streams.

Designed and formulated robust operational/HSSE/contractual planning frameworks:
*Captured critical points in Project Execution Plan in order to mitigate potential risk.
*Captured critical path items in Scope of Work definition. Directly involved in Arbitration, supplier selection, Acceptance Testing and contract administration to mitigate large $ risk.
*Developed various types of contracts/bids including EPC, EPCM, BOOT, service and complex material off-take (SABIC), as well as logistics sharing contracts.

- Fostered successful revenue driven relationships with local regulatory bodies, client liaisons, plant personnel and global/regional entities including Saudi Aramco, SATORP and SABIC.

*Created training opportunities, both formal and on-the-job, to enhance awareness of HSE.
*Empowered key HSE personnel with the authority to cease work in the face of unsafe practices despite revenue pressure.

- Created process driven framework to simplify procurement/logistics and managed the supply chain- local and international:
*For Integrated Waste Management Centre plants and tank farm worth $60m.
*The efficiencies gained from this framework translated into quantifiable savings worth millions of dollars.
*Enabled our projects to be realised with minimal impact on timeline and budget.

Lead the business development team identifying niche segmentation, brand development, key customer identification, execution planning and targeted acquisitions. Also spearheaded the customer facing relationship-building endeavours.

Responsible for multiple supplier contracts (international and local) sourcing, formulation, negotiation and administration for provision of large value capital equipment and construction.

- Acted as the Command and Control centre for Kingdom-wide, multi-site operations of the Company:
*Entailed direct monitoring of vehicle movements, operational planning & deployment of industrial services, real-time problem solving and daily revenue generation figures derived from volumes of material moved.
*Information was synthesised into management report protocols (purpose built by myself) that allowed for robust, real-time information flows and decision-making.

- Acted as liaison between the project construction team and Director-level management and primary shareholders:
*Monitored project progress including sub-contractor management (primary interface), pre-empting numerous potential causes for delay, as well as rigorous implementation of site HSE procedures and protocols.
*Ensured adequate technical staffing levels and employee retention in a highly volatile, transient labour market.

- Planned and executed the installation of a water recovery/recycling system for a labour camp complex for 500 persons belonging to the sheikh of Sharjah.

- Responsible for business development and primary focal point as client interface.

- Primary responsibility for developing the supply chain strategy and its operationalization, buyer due diligence, procurement efficiency and logistics process optimization.

- Integral part of the competitor and industry analysis group whose primary mandate was to ascertain trends and identify acquisitive or JV opportunities.

- Played an integral part in the development of recruitment protocols and policies
*Member of the vetting team tasked with the hiring of technical/non-technical personnel across different departments including Engineering, Operations, Human Resources, Finance and Administration.

- Cultivated deeper relationships with key government agencies to ensure efficient legal and commercial documentation processing unencumbered by the inherent bureaucracy of the region.
