proper proposal for a technical solution in line with the real needs of the prospect.
• Advising on the functionalities and implementation of architectures.
• Providing the interface between suppliers and the relay to the sales team.
• Training for the sales team, developping their knowledge and making sure of their level
of knowledge before prospecting.
• Trainings for the resellers on site and online through Wibinars.
• Writing technical documentations (Customers newsletter, documents and others).
Technical support and incident tracking for customers as post sales.
Intervention, Installations, training, models and Audit for customers in Morocco and
Africa.
Taking care of the internal IT and telephony.
• Domain Controller, Active Directory (DNS/DHCP).
• CRM Database maintenance and backup.
• Taking carre of Telecoms equipment (Gatways, IPPBX, routers..)
• Network issues analysis (Wireshark).
Deployment plan Design and management of installation work.
• Queue management system Onlinet for MARSA MAROC, RAD, CNSS and the
«Direction Générale des Impôts ».
• Digital Conference system and interpretation (Gonsin) for the ONDA.
• Telephony systems Avaya I5, IP500 and Siemens 3000 series.
