• Evaluate, identify and implement new ideas, technologies or process improvements to increase organizational efficiencies and cost savings.
• Resolve large issues that may be uncovered in the duration of projects and ensure quality control during all planning and construction phases.

Mission: Manage a multicultural team to provide excellent in-flight service along with maintaining the highest standards of flight safety
• Led, developed and coached a team of cabin crew. Acted as a role model and a mentor to junior crew member.
• Developed a record of outstanding customer service and as a result was promoted to manage business or economy cabin.
• Provided the highest standard of in-flight customer service on long and short haul flights. Handled and resolved passenger complaints and other situations that required immediate assistance such as medical cases.
• Member of special assistance team.

• Conducted field market research covering competition analysis on new products' launch, product pricing and advertising.
• Co-managed all aspect of product’s management (purchase, sales, inventory and management of the long-term stock).
• Developed along with the product manager, marketing plans, setting up ATL, BTL actions which involved many successful promotional campaigns (press, billboards and catalogs).
• Briefed and followed up with the media and advertising agency the different campaigns and media events.
• Worked with PR agencies on any new products’ launch, corporate activities and other PR events.
• In charge of updating the white products section on LG’s website.
• In charge of a TV program sponsored by LG (liaise with the technical team, LG Korea and PR agencies)

• Followed up fuel and lubricants orders for vessels and Harbours.
• Handled customs clearance and transit operations for all bonded goods.
• Coordinated with ExxonMobil's subsidiaries in Europe.
