Head of Central Station PCS Security and Video Surveillance Mazagan Beach Resort for 40 months in total autonomy under the auspices of the Director of Security Operations Mazagan. Management of a team of approximately 75 employees night: 4 supervisors (hotel, nightclub, lobby and reception area outside), 4 Team Leader, 7 nightclub security officers. Video Monitoring Service (600 cameras), Central Security Service position. 50 to 60 security officers dispatched to the site.
Mission: To ensure the permanence and continuity of security on the Resort at night and make a report to the Director of all event security.
- Check that the procedures are learned and understood in the areas of telephone reception and dispatching measures (fire, technical intervention services, nursing, medical relief, reception rooms, response parking management objects found and traceability of all events).
- Test procedures and reaction time in case of Athena personal alarm or fire behavior in case of tense situation.
- Boosting the PCS service providing support in the organization and initiatives.
- Check that the staff of PCS familiar instructions delivered by the Director.
- Verification of the proper use of radio resources.
- The application for the use of the canteen.
- Manage recoveries (holidays the night shift).
- Guarantor of the strict application of the guidelines and order of the director of security.
- Perform tests "break ice" to lead the team and the PCS and Athena to be operational.
- Ensure that the work is done.
- Provide the answers to all questions about security.
Expertise:
- Manager and a team supervisor, team leader and security guard.
