• Execution of civil activities as per scheduled target plan with
safety and quality system
• Execution of project as per drawing. Including block work,
plaster, Precast, Ceramic tiles wall and floor, Marble, internal &
External Sand stone Cladding work with Mechanical Fixation
• Manage Painting’s wall & Ceiling works, Intumescent fire
protection, ceiling works, Suspended Ceiling, Gypsum Ceiling,
Wood work windows, doors, Ventilators etc
• Manage fit out works for Apartment, Installation floor carpet,
Wall papers on wall.
• Manage external Aluminium Cladding work and installation of
external glass
• Manage the site staff, labor and sub-contractor to smoothly run
the project.
• Preparing weekly quality report of inspection activities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the PM in arranging all the meetings, prepare minutes, distribute and follow up the actions.
• Prepare and submit all project reports under the supervision of the PM.
• To organize the junior staff as per requirement of the project and activities.
• To manage the material flow on site.
• To manage the demands of materials used prior to its usage at site.
• To manage the concrete activities including pump location, TMs demands and to arrange the labor as per requirement.
• Prepare the log of the daily site activities as per target given by PM.
• To maintain the quality measures prior to inspection to consultant.
• Preparing weekly quality report of inspection activities
• Discuss and guide the design and material specification.
• Meeting with the engineering team to discuss the scope and scale of the project
• Preparation of all technical feasibility of different identified Schemes.
• Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
• Resolution of quality problems
• Discussion with the client on quality related matter.
• Visual inspection of construction installation.
• Conducting on-site safety and progress inspections.
• Providing program support and resolving construction issues
• All type of reporting of progress from sites and compiling with project.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordination with all site authorities including: safety, quality, administration, project controls. Supervision of work across multiple disciplines at site. Meet operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
• Managing multiple project sites & Supervising the work progress
• Managing construction crew and inspecting ongoing work
• Coordination and supervision of sub-contractors
• operations, repairing works for concrete and injection
• works for water leakage at deep underground stations
• Overseeing the architectural and finishing works which includes; block work, plastering, painting, wall and floor tiles, stone cladding and floor traffic coating
• Give daily TBT to foreman, manpower and ensuring that they comply with all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment compliances
• Timely arrangements of materials, manpower and equipment's needed at site
• Ensure ongoing work is up to standards and specifications
• Providing a good environment to contractors in order to maintain progres
• Submitting daily progress reports
• Defining project purpose and scope, manage profitability
• Handling labor and materials suppliers
• Coordination with consultant
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervision & Quality control of structure of all activities.
• Executing road related work (Earthwork, Sub Base, Base and Toping) according to drawings and given levels
• Timely arrangements of materials, manpower and equipment's needed at site
• Preparation and analysis of Production and Progress Reports of sites and Reporting to line manager.
• Monitoring and control of site progress and presenting it to the PM.
• Monitoring and rectification of site issues through regular visits and follow up.
• Study and evaluation of contract formats and documents for any improvement(s) as per Project Requirement and Policies.
• Supervision of concreting activities of slabs, Rafts, Columns and RCC walls.
• Maintaining the quality of concrete by checking its slump, temperature and casting of cylinders.
• Discuss and guide the design and material specification.
• Meeting with the engineering team to discuss the scope and scale of the project.
• Creating rough draft designs and listing possible engineering tasks.
• All type of reporting of progress from sites and compiling with project
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure successful project engagement and execution on the infrastructure.
• Analyzing and resolving the field construction issues.
• Will be responsible for all technical and engineering activities on sites.
• Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with standard work practices and the Company Contract specializations.
• To inform the Site Manager of any deviation regarding the contract..
• Discuss and guide the design and material specification.
• Meeting with the engineering team to discuss the scope and scale of the project.
• Creating rough draft designs and listing possible engineering tasks.
• Finalizing the tunnel design and managing all engineering tasks.
• Obtaining the necessary permits and approvals for the project.

• Conducting on-site safety and progress inspections.
