Assisting in producing accurate cash flow & invoice forecasts statements. Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation. Undertaking responsibility for monthly bank reconciliation for all International/National banks & company credit cards. Conducting daily factoring invoices to ensure the stability of the company's financial position. Keeping close liaison with the accounts management to help meet reporting deadlines. Running payments for outstanding creditors as well as proforma invoices. Escalation of issues to the Management Accounts team as appropriate. Assisting in the reporting of cash management and payment allocations. Assisting senior management/directors in delivering value added accounting support Provision of ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
