Perform a wide range of airport services (e.g. guest / baggage handling, check in and boarding operations, Transfer Desk, tickets and boarding passes screening) to ensure high quality services are delivered to all guests in compliance with safety, quality and operational objectives.
Receive, process, and respond to daily inquiries on a wide range of services by providing timely and high quality customer service to internal / external customers both over the phone and by email.
Strong experience in dealing with Travel Documents (visas and passports).
Advanced knowledge of Amadeus, DCS and Sabre airlines reservation systems.
Achieve monthly sales target by pushing upgrades and cross selling flight related services.
Send or receive money both local or international money transfer either Bank
Account or express transfer (western union -express money).
•Strong Knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
•Accept all kind of Bill Payment such as AIR tickets - Credit Card - SEWA- DU.....
•Exchange foreign currencies.
•Selling the company products such as Travel cards - Saving certificates.
