System Specialist
Install and configure system in clients servers, IT technical support monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization. diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems.
The key responsibilities:
• End User Support:
-Talking to staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
-Diagnosing hardware and software problemsOn-call when needed.-Training staff- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles in local network.
• Routine Maintenance:
-Installing/configuring new computers/IP phones.
-Repairing/upgrading PC.
-Troubleshooting printers/scanners/fax/copiers.-Maintaining inventory of IT assets.
- Handling purchasing of IT suff.
-Undertake the day-to-day operation of backup systems.
