 Supervisory and Man Management, client liaison and coordination compliance with health and safety regulation.

 To follow-up, supervise and ensure that scaffolding works are executed by the assigned personnel in accordance with Aramco standard and HSE requirements within the time frame.
 Evaluate man-hours required to install each scaffolding work order and ensure contractor meets these constraints.
 To maintain the inventory of various types of scaffolding materials and maintain the record and inform civil engineer accordingly.
 Ensure all scaffolding materials are inspected prior to unload so that accepted materials are free from rust, damaged and crack etc.
 Obtain approved third party valid certificates for all scaffolding materials.
 Prepare Monthly timesheet for all manpower and endorsed from section management for every month.
 Prepare HSE statics include safe man-hours, near misses, preventive and corrective action and close out of incidents reports and maintain record.
 Assist construction staff during tool box talk to be held every work shift or weekly depending on the working status.

 Monitor Work Permit System and ensure all requirements on the permit checklist are being followed prior to the start of work.
