 Developing, implementing and maintaining a monthly business plan.
 Focusing on achieving customer acquisition, retention and cross sales.
 Planning marketing activities within the prescribed budget for lead generation, data collection, walk ins, executing and monitoring the results.
 Planning and organizing quarterly seminars and making sure the attendees are in high numbers.
 Effectively presents the Company’s products & services to potential clients and closing sales with regular follow-ups.
 Attending regular meetings with Clients to plan strategies collect day-to-day issues and analyze root cause to find solutions.
 Identifying then addressing team training and development needs.
 Manages business relationships with applicants with solutions as per clients’ needs in a win-win situation.
 Providing excellent service to customers interpreting, analysing and producing sales & financial data.
 Liaising with the General Manager to develop innovative marketing strategies.
 Work in conjunction with internal operations to ensure quality services to the Clients.
