Responsible for work execution, Inspections, testing and commissioning of all mechanical
services and ensure the compliance with contract specifications.
 Review and forward comments on material submittals, method statements, shop drawings,
operations & maintenance manuals.
 Identify non-conforming work or materials, notify contractor and keep record.
 Attend site technical coordination meetings to discuss contractor (s) submissions, shop
drawings, material submittals and construction related activities.
 Review of contractor's interim payment application.
 Raise non-conformance notices (NCNs)/reports; site inspections notices (SINs) identify quality
deficiencies in conjunction with SRE/RE.
 Verify accuracy of contractor's “As-Built” drawings reflecting in detail as- built conditions and
approve As-Built drawings.

Execution of HVAC and chilled water works in various project across UAE.
 Involved in techno commercial activities with reference to project technical specifications.
 Ensure timely progress and implementation of project works and quality.
 Ensure that work has carried out in line with standard specification.
 Follow up with progress report status concerning on vendor technical submittals, shop drawing
status, and engineering proposals.
 Monitoring and follow up of execution activities of project, approvals of inspection notes, RFI,
coordinating in critical issues and Interface effectively with consultant, contractor and client.
 Follow up with procurement activities, material planning inventory, and FAT delivery schedule.
 Floating of Enquiries (for materials and subcontract works), Preparation of comparative
statements & Material submittal and approvals following up with consultant.
 Ensure quality of material and installation works are in accordance with acceptance criteria,
specification, approved materials and method of installation approved for project.
 Preparation of as built drawings and O&M Manual.
 DLP management of various completed projects.
 Incorporating all civil defense standard and municipality requirements.

•Day to day management of the plumbing and firefighting works in the project.
•Shop drawings checking and approvals following up with consultant.
•Floating of Enquiries (for materials and subcontract works), Preparation of comparative statements & Material submittal and approvals following up with consultant.
•Monitor and plan manpower distribution at site to carry the work as programmed.
•Efficient planning and optimum utilization of material and manpower.
•Material ordering and necessary follow ups with vendors/suppliers/subcontractors for timely execution / delivery of the ordered items.
•Proper coordination with civil contractor/subcontractor for effective execution of works
•Attending coordination meeting with Consultant / Main Contractor and other working parties at site.
•Work and material Inspection with Consultant.
•Ensure the quality of material and installation works are in accordance with the acceptance criteria, specification, approved materials and method of installation approved for the project.
•Preparation of as built drawings and O&M Manuals.
•Ensure that safety rules and regulations are communicated to the work force and are fully enforced.
•Incorporating all civil defense standard and municipality requirements.
•Looked after the receiving as well as the drawings operations.
•Knowledge in ISO 9001:2008 Quality standards, Company Policy, Internal & External Audit.
