Duties Include:
§ SCADA systems are used to automate processes and can collect data and monitor the data coming through remote devices.
§ Monitor, analyze, and respond appropriately to alarms and data from the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) computer system.
§ Monitor, analyze, and regulate water levels and flows in the canal and throughout the water system by adjusting canal and lateral gates and booster pumps through the SCADA computer system.
§ Monitor, analyze, and regulate water levels, pressures and flow throughout the water system by operating wells and booster pumps through the SCADA computer system.
§ Monitor, analyze, and respond appropriately to levels, flows and alarms relayed by the SCADA system, public relating to wastewater reclamation plants, water lift stations, aquifer recharge and all other facilities.
§ Maintain a Control Room log by computer input; dispatches personnel and equipment on emergency and record messages and relay information to other departments and agencies as needed. Create work requests.
§ Monitor security alarm systems and security cameras.

Duties include:
Ensure accurate and appropriate recording of revenues and expenses.
Manage and supervise daily operation of account payable, account Receivable and general ledger.
Receiving, processing, and confirming invoices.
Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, petty cash.
Preparation and submission of staff salaries.
Ensure that after submitting invoices payment should be received on time.
Posting of invoices in software.
Checking the invoices with invoice physical register.
General accounts works.
