Strategic Role :

\} Expertise in managing & enhancing day-to-day financial and operational performance of Kanoo Shipping in KSA & Bahrain and leading cross-functional departments & teams
\} Ensuring every employee is invested in positively influencing the financial situation of the organization
\} Leveraging skills in producing comprehensive business operating plans and budgets (CAPEX & OPEX) with an aim to maximize and deliver targets (1, 3, 12 months) on volume, revenue, profits and cash
\} Developing strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; allocating resources; reviewing progress; recommending objectives and suggesting on the direction
\} Enforcing ethical business practices and building company’s image by collaborating with customers, government setups, community, as well as employees
\} Aligning daily business requirements and SLAs with the business vision, mission and strategy and implementing operating plans

Process & Operational Leadership:

\} Achieving operational performance targets by deploying operational processes and achieve continuously improving country targets for the key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with these processes
\} Reengineering processes and procedures, applying strategic resourcing and capacity building skills to bring about a multiplier performance level in staff performance

Business Development :

\} Formulating marketing strategies to create a pull for the products/services; exploring new markets, standardizing operations, taking reengineering initiatives for augmenting turnovers & achieving goals
\} Analyzing competition in the market place, planning quarterly, targets for teams, designing and implementing sales processes for smooth operations and customer delight
\} Pioneering role in developing advanced business models for Shipping Division of Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo

People Management:

\} Leading and directing the team selection at the highest level. Strategizing recruitment, orientation, training, coaching, counseling, and discipline amongst employees at all levels
