• Analyzed all the necessities for turnaround and consolidated them in plan and prepared budget of 20 million SAR; managed multiple major and complex projects parallelly with eliminating all the threats concerning to the spares, contracts, and duration for successfully completion at least by 10% ahead of schedule.
• Monitored S-curve for any critical equipment or shutdowns for any deviation in schedule or cost and consulted with higher management and all stake holders to take corrective action to avoid delay, maintained accurate record of actual resources being utilized against the baseline schedule.
• Supported in preparation of RFP, RFQ, and performed technical evaluation of all proposals, conducted thorough assessment of contractors’ contracts, and select best suitable vendor to provide material/services.
• Emphasized team to build a robust plan to maintain inventory of all safety and production critical spares, evaluated all spare part requirements to reduce equipment's downtime, restructured PM schedule to make it more effective and lessen backlogs, chaired periodic meeting with team to motivate them to adhere schedule and maintain zero backlog.

• Performed technical evaluation of all types of proposals and contracts until the finalization stage; inspected all materials received at warehouse and escalated to vendors if the material was not per specification.
• Conducted SAP data cleansing & ROP of >10, 000 codes, and preparation of Master data for SAP PM and led Inventory and maintenance planning and scheduling for all Safety, Rotary, and Static Equipment's
• Analyzed cost/benefit test on repairable items to determine effectiveness of purchase versus repair, participated in Preparation of Annual Budget for Department
• Controlled & coordinated with more than 20 Contractors at once and saved 72 hrs. of downtime before closing through effective planning

Managed reviewing of the piping packages, mark-up P&ID's, isometrics. Line checking, hydro test/ pneumatic
test inspection from start to end. Raising RFI; Reports preparation at YASREF project.

Initiated as a site engineer at Pradip Refinery (IOCL), taking care of all mechanical activity following Drawings,
checking for dimensions as per ASME standards. Rectification of Q.C. punches, if any and preparation of the
Hydro/Pneumatic Testing packages.
