• Handle end-to-end planning and implementation of corporate training cycle through Analysis - Design - Development - Implementation and Evaluation of training (ADDIE Model) to meet the company objectives.
• Meet with HR - Training & Development executives and decision-makers from various companies across the region to understand their Performance Appraisal reports, TNA reports, training pattern and requirements at the respective organisation. Further, add value to the organisations we work with, by providing successful training to their workforce.
• Training Need Analysis (TNA) involving the Subject Matter Experts.
• Manage availability of trainers to effectively conduct and manage training sessions.
• Ensure Client requirements (concerning Course Content; Trainer’s profile and delivery methods) are met; which will result in successful completion of training.
• Prepare Training proposals (including the Course Outline, Trainer Profile, Quotation & Commercials, and payment terms).
• Prepare all the necessary forms related to the specific training such as - Course Assessment form, Course Evaluation form, Instructor’s Report, Certification and filing, documentation and reporting.
• Training Evaluation: Design and develop ways to evaluate training effectiveness and improvement strategies. Further, propose Classroom/ 70:20:10 model of training with the help of Learning Management System (LMS) if required, to organise classroom training and e-learning for companies with limited budget for classroom training. This is followed by an appropriate evaluation using the Kirkpatick’s Model of Evaluation (Level 1 & 2 in most cases).
• Review the current programs being offered and assess relative value.
• Competency Mapping - by identifying the positions to which competencies are to be matched and vice versa, organisational hierarchy, and ultimately the function of the department and individuals.
• Assist organisations in incorporating the HR Policies and Procedures into their training plan and agenda.
• Develop a healthy long lasting relationship with existing clients - Key Accounts Management.
• Assist SOS Recruitment Consultants in Screening, Headhunting and Recruitment.
• Interviewing suitable trainers to match the training requirement.
• Provide a platform for Succession Planning by identifying suitable talent (using Performance Appraisal and Competency Mapping).
• Business Development: Update Pipedrive on customer information and updates, and thereby maintain data for sales.
• Organise brainstorming sessions within Training department on ways to market training courses in unique ways once a month.
• Collect references from participants from training & various clients to add credibility for SOS training
• Assistance to Head of Training in designing the Corporate Training Brochure


Operations:
• Prepare Regional Training Plan and calendar (including training date allotment to trainers, their accommodation, travel & stay arrangement) for clients based on the TNA
• Prepare unique presentations to be delivered to decision makers at the client’s meeting using tools like ‘Prezi’.
• Prepare Monthly & Annual Sales Reports.
• Prepare Annual Training Plan.
• Coordinate with Instructors and assist them to successfully include activities, role-plays and learning games as part of in-house training.
• Prepare & print Course Assessment, Evaluation report, Instructor Report.
• Prepare & print Certificates to be presented to delegates on successful Course Completion
• Filing & labelling of the hard copy of all the above mentioned forms in a structured format
• Issue Costing report & In-house confirmation to Accounts team to create the Invoice.
• Assist in redesigning their learning and development platform to streamline process and create efficiencies in delivery, evaluation, and ROI.

• Consulting: Identify potential business opportunities (through STP of the market) and develop business relations by understanding the requirements through consulting and TNA.

• Monitor Marketing efforts’ effectiveness and report monthly highlighting the success and areas of improvement.
• Contemporary Marketing: Segmenting, Targeting and Positioning of the market and the services provided, use of 7Ps, Competitor Analysis and Branding.
• Digital Marketing: Engage and attract related professionals through eye-catching subject related posts on Social media like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase web presence.

Operations:
• Design Event Brochures
• Develop and sustain the process for organising a training event
• Research, prepare develop and familiarise the outlines for new courses
• Pictorial presentation of the POA (Plan of Action) of organising the training, costs and ROI.
• Demonstrate the use of our LMS (Learning Management System - Moodle) to all delegates attending training.
• Bulk Email campaigns to prospective clients for upcoming events
