Implementing and Troubleshooting Complex and Chronic issues like voice quality, call routing, IP Phone features & other UC Applications.

Worked on CISCO VOIP network and provided high, medium, low level Network Support.
Configuration and modification (MACD) on Cisco Unified Call Manager. Hands on with IPCC functions related to adding IPCC Agent and Supervisor in AW.
