Sales-
Handling all export markets (B2B clientele) (specially Asia pacific) sales of approximately 0.2 million metric tons of metal
Responsible for planning coordinating and delivering domestic market sales (0.65 million metric tons)
Daily/ monthly/weekly/ yearly planning, target setting, monitoring and execution.
Customer relation management, including customer development and maintenance
Market intelligence-
Being abreast with the latest Domestic an international market information/News and dynamic and to assist senior management in decision making
Market tracking/mapping, competitor, customer intelligence and analysis
Exploring new opportunities and business avenues, assisting in new product development
SNOP -(Sales and operations planning)
Single point of contact between sales, operations, logistics and management
Sales planning and production planning
Ensuring Logistical support via multimodal transport
Depot management and inventory management
Systems and processes
Core team member of various systems planning and implementation committees
SRM (supplier relationship management) SAP based, core member for blueprinting, designing execution (Go-live) and debugging
