MDM project is tasked with ensuring the accuracy of Salesforce (appx 70, 000) accounts data that impacts the
compensation of sales representatives employed by GfW (Google for Work), a Google business unit. The project
works as the business operations front of the Master data management.
Responsibilities:
•Analyzing and assisting uses in the Hierarchy and Data correction on a day to day basis.
•Find process gaps and data process to aid in increasing data quality in CRM (Salesforce.com).
•Have active conversations with the Technical operations team in automating the Process ensuring maximum data quality.
•Creating information based on patterns and multilingual data. The data comes in translated and transliterated forms from many languages (Asian, European, African, Middle Easter languages).
•Understanding the process from End to End and trying to find better ways to reduce manual effort.
•Tracking the processing of data meticulously to find patterns and aggressively monitor change.
•Enhance and Validate account information.
•Identifying common errors, merging duplicate accounts and correctly mapping accounts to territories.
•Worked on Buganizer ticketing tool to suggest the correct data information to clients.
•Research of Sales force account information using data sources (Google company universe, Hoovers, Linked in).
•Checking secondary research on different companies, sectors and industries with the help of search engines to create specific reports.
