• Manage all human resource information and provide assistance to the management team.
• Maintain up-to date and accurate computer and hard copy personnel files, prepare job announcements/job descriptions, conduct interviews, recruit staff, and facilitate new employee orientations.
• Looking HRMIS matters & modification on different reports with co-ordination of IT department.
• Participate in professional training and development activities, design and implement the Performance Evaluation System.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive files.
• To check daily production report and discussing machine stoppages and layoffs with concerned departments Process insurance claim documents and follow-up insurance claims with the organization’s insurance company.
• Assist in design and implement of the Performance Evaluation System.
• Basic knowledge of Labor Laws.
• Prepare group insurance list and mail it to EFU.
• Maintain and check strength report
