• Monitor all work activities regarding instrument installation, tubing, termination, cabling, trays, conduits etc
• Witnessing of site activities to assure the compliance with project’s specification and other local, international standards
• Ensure necessary actions are taken to avoid recurrence, including expediting any corrective actions.
• Risk Analysis & Management.
• Prepared weekly schedules, prepared daily and weekly progress reports.
• To ensure that all works done on site should be as per Approved Drawing & client Specifications.
• Preparation & Rectifications of Instrument cable block diagram.
• Preparation of hookups and BOMs.
• Site management including material and manpower.
• Coordination with clients and vendors.
• To Monitor Calibration and preventive maintenance of instrument.
• Attend co-ordination meeting with main contractor and other domestic contractors
• Monitoring & Control over the installation works by subcontractor.
