Worked as a Data Analyst at Mercury Enterprises (Pvt.) Ltd, an IT Services company based in Lahore, from January 2023 to January 2025. Responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to support business decision-making across departments. Built and maintained dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, spss, minitab and R-language to track key performance indicators and identify trends. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven insights, and presented findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats. Improved data accuracy and reporting efficiency by streamlining data collection processes and automating recurring reports.
