• Day to day coordination with field to follow up of ongoing activities / projects.
• Ensure to complete documentation for smooth closing of each forthrightly.
• Timely processing and approval of District Managers expenses.
• Follow up with field for recovery of DD’s and get them adjusted by the Finance.
• Assist Regional ops Manager, District Manager and Excellence Manager.
• Expedite field quires to relevant departments and provide solution to field staff.
• Guide and provide analytical data for business planning.
• Deal with all operational issues of region.
• Follow up of all on going issues task of the respective regions.
• Make circulars & share with field teams.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationship through regular meetings and communications.
• Champion certificates printing & inventory management.
• Responsible for handling and processing of routine office work.
• Analyzed daily sales performance reports for stores.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Maintain up-to-date billing system.
Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment.

Bank reconciliation.
