Core duties performed:
I am assisting my line manager in three departments with strength of 10 juniors.
Raw Material Department:
Inventory planning and control.
Close coordination with the Planning Team (product development, merchant and sourcing) for movement of raw material.
Handling Sale tax invoices and their related issues.
Costing of raw material.
Claims Department:
Handling Claims operation with time and resource management.
Handling stock return and its Accounting
Disposal of expired and damaged stock.
Claims data sharing to senior management.
Distribution and logistics:
Distribution of stock as per SOP.
Maintaining the inventory levels through using ORMS (company software).
Ensuring smooth functions of warehousing.
Coordination with sourcing/merchandising and accounts department.
Sharing updated inventory to seniors/line manager.
Close coordination with 3PL for smooth logistics operation.
Coordinate with IT dept. for resolution of IT related issues.
Tracking and traceability of record.
Core duties performed:
Supervise inventory control of north region having 22 branches.
Management & analysis of stock movements (Reconciliation and Adjustments).
Management of inter branch IN & OUT.
Team performance evaluation.
Periodical Audits of Warehouse and Branches.
Managing petty cash.
Ensuring barcodes accuracy.
Analysis of damaged/leftover stock sent by shops.
Processing the returns of defective items to Main Distribution Centre.
Ensuring accuracy of stock IN and OUT in warehouse and shops.
Work load management especially in peak seasons.
Warehouse security and administration.
Liaison with Logistics and Warehouse department.
This course was so much dynamic from operation management, HR, Banking and financial analysis etc along with the major course of insurance and risk management.
