Project & Regional Operations Leadership
• Serve as Regional IT Project Manager, leading a dedicated IT support team across Arab
National Banks Eastern, Western, and Central regions.
• Coordinate end-to-end IT infrastructure setup for new branch openings, secure closures of
existing branches, and continuous operations for smart branches; manage full branch
relocation projects from site closure through new-site build-out.
• Lead survey, inspection, installation, and testing of IT and construction-related equipment
for ongoing bank projects, cross-checking project plans against completed work.
• Spearhead large-scale regional hardware refresh initiatives, including a comprehensive PC
replacement program and a new Canon printer roll-out.
• Serve as primary IT coordinator for the Aramco project on behalf of Arab National Bank.
Network & Infrastructure Operations
• Implement and manage IT projects spanning LAN/WAN infrastructure, servers, and cloud
workstations.
• Install and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and WAAS; Cisco IP phones and BCM
(Business Communications Manager) systems; and branch equipment including QMS
(Queue Management Systems), PCs, printers, scanners, and UPS units.
• Direct projects and provide ongoing technical support for voice and unified communications
systems.
Banking Systems & Compliance
• Manage IT communication projects and technical support for critical banking hardware,
including ATMs and Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs), maintaining uptime and regulatory
(AML/CTF) compliance.
• Lead installation, removal, and renewal of communication equipment across ATM sites in
the Eastern Region as part of ongoing ATM renewal and decommissioning initiatives.
• Direct deployment, configuration, and support of Datacard card-personalization systems
(SIGMA, CD820, 840SE) — including secure card engraving and embossing via APEXS —
across multiple Saudi Arabia locations, coordinating with business, engineering, and vendor
teams.
Vendor Management & End-User Support
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers — including AHELCO, DATASAT,
SKYBAN, and Sedco — to ensure seamless IT service delivery against SLA commitments.
• Deliver day-to-day end-user support across the region, including dedicated technical
assistance for end users, MD meetings, and the Training Department.

• Delivered hands-on IT support across Arab National Bank branches in the Eastern Region,
resolving hardware, network, and banking-system issues for end users.
• Installed, configured, and maintained branch equipment, including PCs, printers, scanners,
UPS units, and Queue Management Systems (QMS).
• Provided frontline technical support for banking hardware, including ATMs and Cash
Deposit Machines (CDMs), helping maintain uptime and service reliability.
• Assisted with equipment testing and technology upgrades ahead of the regions later shift
toward smart-branch operations.

• Provided engineering support for branch communications infrastructure, including
LAN/WAN connectivity and Cisco routing and switching equipment.
• Installed and maintained voice communication systems, including Cisco IP phones and BCM
(Business Communications Manager) platforms, across branch locations.
• Supported network infrastructure projects for branch openings, upgrades, and equipment
refreshes, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
• Built foundational expertise in Cisco networking technologies, later formalized through
CCNA certification.

• Provided first-line IT support for Arab National Bank branch operations, including desktop,
hardware, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Assisted with installation and setup of branch IT equipment, including PCs, printers, and
peripheral systems.
• Supported end users across the region with day-to-day technical issues, establishing a
strong foundation in banking-sector IT operations.
