- Oversee end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring accurate recording of purchases, sales, receipts, payments, accruals, and adjustments for financial finalization.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management; providing key insights and strategic recommendations.
- Manage cash flow, collections, and working capital, optimizing cash
management and forecasting liquidity needs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, including tax laws, VAT returns, Corporate Tax and internal policies.

outstanding balances and manage aging reports.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and payroll via WPS while coordinating with banks for payments in multiple currencies (USD/EUR).

- Prepare and compile MIS reports using Power BI and other data sources.
- Record and maintain accounting transactions to ensure accurate financial records.
- Resolve customer transaction queries and ensure smooth operations.
- Support finance-related distribution operations (pricing, system setup, credit card machines).
- Manage customer accounts, reconcile payments, and follow up on
outstanding receivables.
- Conduct cash/cheque collection and ensure timely bank deposits (remote locations).
- Oversee stock management, including van sales inventory and warehouse
stock issuance (remote locations).

- Perform stock audits and report discrepancies for inventory control.

- Prepare Daily Sales Reports and MIS Reports for management.
- Act as Credit Controller, AP & AR Analyst, ensuring accurate reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze Consolidated Bank Statements and process intercompany transfers.
- Manage Sales Order releases via Oracle for production and dispatch.
- Send Statement of Accounts (SOA) to overdue customers and follow up on payments.
- Process and post invoices, debit/credit notes, and allocate invoices in
customer accounts.
- Conduct weekly stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Prepare Customer Receivable Aging Reports and monitor overdue accounts.
- Manage petty cash reconciliation and prepare VAT returns.

- Manage general accounting including invoices (purchase, sales, receipts, payments), petty cash, stock reports, journal entries, accruals, provisions, and VAT returns.
- Prepare, update, and reconcile bank statements, accounts payable & receivable, and petty cash.
- Assist in VAT return filing with VAT and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Record, post, and update invoices, AP & AR, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Handle bookkeeping & accounting for multiple companies and clients.
- Prepare financial statements (Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet) using Tally & QuickBooks.
