•Plan annual revenue in monthly basses and insure achieving the target revenue.
•Lead the production activities to maximize production specifications, schedules, volume, cost, wastage, & quality
•Assure SOPs, HSEMS, QMS, WI, KPIs and all other Company policies and procedures understood and applied.
Apply lean six sigma manufacturing Strategies by analyzing production data, recorded and KPIs to identify problems and recommend solutions that will improve manufacturing processes.
•Advance the production capacity and ensuring quality with minimum cost
•Execute projects by leading day-to-day to satisfy customer delivery.
•Manufacturing electrical panels, Unit Substations, RMU Enclosures, PCR, Switchgear housing, Switch racks, power distribution panels, MV Enclosures as per NEMA, IEC, UL standards and customers specifications (ARAMCO).
•Supervise, and coordinate the plant activities of CNC bending, CNC punching sheet metal welding, structural fabrication and powder coating.
•Coordinate individual tasks and execution plan for staff and follow up.
•Analyze recorded data to improve efficiency by studying employee’s performance.
- Responsible for converting electrical schematic diagrams to actual products by using 3D CAD software. Development of production drawings, preparing the mechanical bill of material.
- Responsible for complete mechanical design of indoor & outdoor panels, Unit Substations, RMU Enclosures, PCR, Switchgear housing, Switch racks, power distribution panels, MV Enclosures as per NEMA, IEC, UL standards and customers specifications (ARAMCO).
- Responsible for developing customer submittal drawings, general arrangement drawings, production drawings for in-house manufacturing panels as per customer requirements.
- Coping up with electrical team to design the panels by considering the manufacturing factors includes feasibility, assembly line and functionality.
- Basic structural, seismic load, wind load calculations for steel structures and skid bases.
- Solving problems the shop floor by working closely with the production team, involved in fabrication, machining, assembly and testing areas.
