• Managing Smooth and Scheduled Operation, Maintenance/Calibration by closed monitoring of Lab. Instruments like Spectrophotometers, PH & Conductivity meters, Ion Chromatograph, Inductive Couple Plasma, Gas Chromatograph, Atomic Absorption Spectrometer, XRF, Flame Photometer, Karl Fischer Titrator, Distillation Unit, Kjeldhal Digestion Unit, Viscometer, Transformer Oil Gas Analyzer, CHNS Analyzer, Bomb Calorimeter & T.G.A etc.
• Preparation of IMS and particularly the work instructions (SOPs) for routine analysis. Continuously studying new analytical methods from ASTM, EPA and product licenser and evaluating the needs to update current procedures. Supervise, manage and maintain standard analytical procedures for smooth running of quality control laboratory for monitoring of production plant operations. Planning the execution of training for staff and management employees in laboratory for standard analytical methods and Good Lab Practices (GLP).
• Submitting and preparing of monthly, half yearly and yearly reports to HOD/Head
• Preparing yearly budget and maintaining total chemical inventory.
• SAP activities for PR requisition, Approvals, Material Issue Departmental Budget preparation etc.
• Managing all Environmental aspects like Ambient Air Quality & Stack Flue Gas Monitoring and Analysis.
• Planning, coordinate and supervise all the activities related with Routine analysis of all kinds of industrial water (BFW, CBD, cooling water, Waste Water, drinking water)
Complete oil analysis (lube, diesel Petrol), Phosphoric Acid, Scales & Soil samples and Standardization of working solution• Documentation as per ISO-17025 Lab Accreditation. .
