- Verify petty cash requests and ensure to be in with the authority matrix
- Check and verify daily POS statements and insure all non calculated transactions from the previous day are processed and posted
- Reconcile cash deposits at bank with our books in daily and report any discrepancies
-Reconcile credit /debit card transactions (SPAN-VISA-Master Card-AMEX) with POS & bank statements on daily basis
My graduation project focuses mainly on transportation methods in Flint, Michigan, specifically at the MTA, which is a specialized transportation company. The project includes working with a group of students as a team. The mission was to make forecasting for budget and costs of transportation of all of MTA and to create a detailed plan to improve their future performance.
Preparing the cost reports for patients' meals. Since the hospital has agreed with a private company to prepare daily meals.
