• (Cost & Expenses Reports) Person wise monthly expenses, cost of deliveries, Expenses of vehicles (petrol, repair & maintenance).
• Debt Management & Credit Control, PDC Cheques (Inward & Outward) Management.
• Payroll (Staff Salaries, Labour salaries & Overtime) WPS (Bank & Exchange) annual leave & final settlements.
• Over-Drafting & Bank Facilities Management (LBD, Murhaba Loans, L/C).
• Facilitation of internal and external auditing procedures.
• Performing routine administrative tasks (Salik A/C management, Tenancy A/C management,
• Improve workflow, accuracy and efficiency.
• Issuing Quotations, LPOs & Sales Invoices.
• Preparing Invoices & Packing list for Banks & Exports.
• Preparing MOUs for Credit Purchase & Sales (Whole-Sales).

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess, Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
• Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
• Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
• Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
