Scope, define, and build scalable technology solutions to complex business problems.
•Prepare, maintain, and evangelize the feature product roadmap which defines product enhancements for short and long-term releases.
•Produce and review Product Requirement Documents (PRD)
•Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
•Work closely with UX, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams to lead projects through the entire product lifecycle; including ideation, design, development, QA, A/B testing, and launch.
•Absorb complex problems and communicate them concisely to disparate groups to help drive and influence outcomes.
•Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and effectively convey the message.
•Establish and maintain positive customer relationships by providing support, relevant information, and guidance on products
•Handling customer queries and expediting resolution of customer complaints/problems and needs.
•Maintain quality of service to customers by establishing and enforcing company standards.
•Define, collect, and measure key metrics to communicate success/failure with executive leadership and relevant stakeholders.
