Initiate site observation and Non-conformance reports if deficiencies
occurred.
Maintaining a log of site inspections, NCR, SOR, MIR and submittals.
Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
Review of all types of method statements.
Dra􀈅ing sectional plans and elevations using Auto CAD.
Checking all Ra􀈅, Columns, Core walls formwork alignment and verticality,
Slabs.
Checking layout for all types of FITOUT work, i.e. partition walls, ceiling,
Wall Gypsum boards, Granite tiles.

o Supervise and lead Forman, lead man, skilled labor, and work crew in all activities concerned project. Ability to optimize resources (manpower, equipment, and material) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the project. Able to demonstrate excellent management skills following policies, and work practices, and developing improvement where necessary
o Understand the principles and importance of planning. Monitors and tracks daily progress and work completed, comparing planned too actual. Takes appropriate mitigating action to ensure compliance with
o the plan is based on knowledge of available manpower, equipment, and material.
o Review quantities of material received or used during specified periods to minimize wastage and inefficiency.
o Ensure that all work is in conformity with standards and specifications. Interprets specifications and discusses deviations from specified civil procedures to ensure all compliance with QA/QC inspection plans and procedures.
o Ensure that the foreman leads man, understands, and implements the work plan by explaining and engineering in pro-active communication with the crew.
