▪ Financial Health and Treasury: Proactively maintain financial health aspects of the business to enhance performance and sustain growth by keeping adequate liquidity to meet current and future commitments, support growth strategies, and operational efficiency. Review, payments, receipts, and cash flow forecasting and analysis.
▪ Strategy, Business Partnering, Financial Planning, and Analysis: Collaborate, develop, and execute corporate strategy. Implement long-term business plans, forecasts, and budgeting. Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve financial results. Support expansion opportunities, M&A, or any investment decision.
▪ Accounting and Reporting: Oversee the full cycle of accounting operations daily, including supply chain transactions, fixed assets, and general ledger maintenance. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of book preparation. Review financial reports, and tax filings in compliance with regulatory requirements. Experienced with consolidated financial statements, comparative managerial accounting reporting, audited financial statements, and any ad-hoc report or data extraction.
▪ Compliance and Risk Control: Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations. Assess financial risks and manage mitigation. Maintain a structure of internal controls documented by procedures to safeguard company assets and maintain the integrity of financial data. Respond to internal and external audits and tax authorities.
▪ Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, and Board Presentations: Employ data analysis and business intelligence tools to crunch operational and financial data to produce useful information and KPIs, and present it in a useful and interactive way. Prepare and conduct all financial performance presentations to the stakeholders including the board of directors using PowerPoint slides and Power BI dashboards.
