Currently Working as Assistant Manager Finance at Finance Department with reporting line to Director Finance. My key responsibilities include: ➢ Managing Managerial and financial accounting
➢ Managing the day to day accounting operations and internal controls
➢ Reveiwing Adjusting entries.
➢ Purchase Requisitions for Capex.
➢ Monthly performance review reporting
➢ Analysis of Receivables Ageing, non paying customers, inactive receivables
➢ Work on preparing finance related reports
➢ Prepared consolidated financial statement for merged entities for evaluation
➢ Validations of Daily billing run, ensuring timely uploading of billing data and investigating exceptions
➢ Review and approval of new account creation after ensuring dues clearance, if any.
➢ miscellaneous postings to customers' accounts etc
➢ Draft corporate communications.
➢ Provide guidance to junior officers.

➢ Computations of Sales Orders and Costing of Stock.
➢ Maintaining inventory controls in Computerized System
➢ Supplier / Party account reconciliation.
➢ Creating Adjusting entries / Annual Inventory and Financial Records Closing.
➢ Review and approval of new account creation after ensuring dues clearance, if any.
➢ miscellaneous postings to customers' accounts etc
➢ Supervision of Computer Department / Network Admin.
➢ Upgrading / Installation / Repair Parts in Computer Department.
