Responsible for Project planning, Inventory
Planning, Monitoring Orders, Technical
Assistance, identifying inefficiencies, vendors
and subcontractors to ensure that all project
expenditures are captured and properly
recorded.
Ensure to implement a clear definition of project controls
for planning, cost and materials controls
Lead a team of planners and cost controllers and ensure
project control functions are met.
Manage master schedules( in Primavera P6), project cost
and schedule risks.
Ensure supporting development of the Group and
individual Business Unit Business plan.
Alarm stakeholder& executive management for any
obstacles may affect schedule delivery time.
Support production team with all kind of micro- plans and
guide for manpower requirements.
Prepare performance report for the manpower and
Equipment’s.
Co-ordinate between all departments as sales, estimation,
engineering, Qc, procurement and production.
Review of short and long term business performance of
the various business units of the Group using KPIs.
Control and alarm projects budget and alarm for any over
run for the budget.
Prepare prefeasibility study, financial plan, revenue, risk
analysis, project forecast and cash flow.
Conduct commercial due diligence on investment
opportunities.
Establish and promote good working relations with all
teams, the project staff and the customers
Prepare or assist in the development, implementation and
maintenance of project schedules using Primavera P6
Analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective
actions
Assist with setting up, tracking and analysis of engineering
work-hours
Assist with the preparation of project Earned Value
Reports
Create master schedule using input from project’s
stakeholders and reviewing data from capacity planning
and on-time-delivery performance;
Create details for need dates for various components for
use other master schedulers;
Coach and provide scheduling direction to all project’s
stakeholders;
Responsible for daily tracking of project progress to
schedule;
Prepare metrics and reports (earn value) to present the
schedule to various audiences;
Prepare reports and run various meetings;
Create manpower and cycle time for operations
management;
Coordinate information and activities to ensure
customers' requirement dates are understood and
reflected accurately in schedules;
Communicate order status to Program Managers &
Engineering team for specific orders;
Produce 3 weeks schedule for project team
Take on special projects as assigned
Responsible for Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM)
process throughout the entire life cycle of new assets,
Professionally and systematically defines, designs,
develops,
monitors, and refines an Asset Maintenance Plan,
Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and
Predictive Testing, Identifying failures through Root cause
Analysis and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCA, RCFA) for
planning corrective maintenance, Failure Reporting,
Analysis and CorrectiveAction System (FRACAS), Provides
technical support to Production and Maintenance team
Assure optimization of the Maintenance Organization
structure
Analysis of repetitive equipment failures
Estimation of maintenance costs and evaluation of
alternatives
Forecasting of spare parts (P.M Schedules gives exact
data of needed spares)
Assessing the needs for equipment replacements and
establish replacement programs when due (Without total
shutdown equipment replaced with the help of Auxiliary
cost-effective equipment)
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing
strategies; analyzing trends and results.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales
quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit
for existing and new products.
Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with
supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
