Manage all company complex projects and deliverable
Motivate the services team and insure maximum performance is achieved.
Manage Customer relationship from the services point.
Prepare and execute training plan for the Services teams.
Track vendor’s certifications and specialization requirements, plan, and monitor the certifications achievements by ICT staff.
Develop an adequate technical knowledge in all technologies and products that ICT is dealing with.
Attend online training and achieve certificates as required.
Insure Proper delivery of all services and commitments of the SLAs including periodical visits).
Quality assurance for all delivered projects and support calls.
Any other task as requested by the management

Manage the department daily activities, Project, and budget.
Implement the ITIL Framework.
Managing the infrastructure Security and administration (LAN/WAN), ISA 2000/2003 server, Exchange 2003, SUS, Domain Controller and DB Backup
Purchasing Equipment and products, negotiating HW and SW vendors.
Managing the Home Cash Collection Project.
Coordinate between all key stakeholders to guarantee that project will meet its objectives
Provide the contractor with technical support to help in information gathering and all other logistic activities
Coordinate with contractors for successful project delivery
Manage the Maintenance Management System, Preventive Maintenance & Asset Management Projects (CMMS) as well assist in data collection and site survey.
Review project documentation to ensure certain project management standards, technical standards, and project requirements are met.

Manage the project of EDP, IT, Quality Control, Sorting, Call Center, Customer Service & Operation Departments.
Define and implement the procedures, budget and the Strategy of the service.
Manage the EDP and IT department activities, procedures and budget.
MS SQL Server and Backup Administration.
In House Software Development (Call Center, Customer Care, Data Entry, BarCode, Data Coding, Team Leader and Palm Software).
Encryption and analysing of the various received Data.
Help Company Management to make Strategic decisions.
Tracking and managing the infrastructure installation.
Installation of (MS Exchange Server2000, File Server and ISA 2000).
Manage the domain controllers and the workgroups of the Company.
Tracking and managing the security and the administration of the network.
Equipment and product negotiations with HW and SW vendors.
Tracking and auditing of the physical distribution quality and the internal and external reports of the company.

Development and programming of different Net Applications with (Java, EJB, XML, J2EE tech …etc) for Carrefour France, Tesco and Metro (Net SRP Production Task, Net SNA and Hot Line Applications) running on different servers such as BEA webserver, apache and tomcat servers
