1. Responsible for day-to-day supervision of technical support team (scheduling & distribution of the work).
2. Ensuring that team members meet the performance standards and reach the department objectives.
3. Solving opened tickets by the phone and coordinating with the team to visit the site if needed (First level maintenance).
4. Meeting with current and future customers to understand their needs and trying to fit their requirements.
5. Inserting all the terminal information in the bank systems (TMS, RIO and Base 24).
6. Handling new request by POS registration system by AL RAJHI.
7. Re-arrange POS requests using POS registration systems and share it with colleagues.
8. Leading junior coordinators and give them a supervision to enhance the quality and increase quantity.
9. Use management instructions to apply it on department plan as its considered high importance.
