Organize and coordinate all activities related to a project in economic development (field of agriculture);
Supervise and monitor project activities including project implementation plans;
Overseeing project activities related to new innovations (e.g. geothermal heated greenhouse trial) in close cooperation with several companies and the Sarajevo University Faculty for Agriculture & Food Science;
Facilitation of organizational development provided to public and private partner organizations;
Conduct active local market facilitation for public and private partners;
Act as the organizations focal point for product promotion and value chain development in the field of agriculture;
Oversee technical aspects of project realization and liaise with clients and contractors;
Study landscape documents (landscape and related discipline) in detail and develop clear understanding of scope, details and responsibilities, including comments on shop dwg;
Reviewing, recommending and approving technical documentation e.g. material submittals;
Inspect landscape work executed by contractor;
Leading a team for commercial activities & material submittals approval;
Technical and progress reporting to the clients.
Supervise and manage technical, administrative, and logistic aspects;
Monitor and evaluate activities and results, including data collection, processing and analysis;
Summarize recommendations and reports to the clients;
Participate in the overall project evaluation with subsequent of strategy review and adaptation;
Build capacity of public and private stakeholder of the project with regards to quality production and access to markets;
Facilitate collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, municipality authorities, private sector, foreign buyers and traders.
Provide advisory services to the agricultural producers in the berry and vegetable production;
Train cooperating farmers according to modules set by the company project team;
Transfer of practical knowledge and experience with the aim of improving agricultural production.
Facilitate producers’ access to markets, including branding;
Create and maintain a database of agricultural producers, collecting and analyzing data on yields and revenues through the sale of produced quantities.
