Working as an executive producer to lead the team, conduct the editorial meetings and to ensure program quality. My team is responsible for the two daily radio shows, 15 minutes each. The programs are focused on the youth and social issues of the area. Beside the production, I am also responsible to train the new reporters and conduct refresher courses for the freelancers to improve their skills in radio journalism.
Working with Media Dimensions Swat Private Ltd: a Swat based private organization working to promote education through media. It further strengthens professional journalism through research based policy improvement and working for mass awareness through various means of communication including audio, video production and publications. I am responsible to lead audio, video production team and participate in training programs as a Media trainer.
I am contributing human interest stories to BBC outlook programs as a freelance reporter from NWFP Pakistan; Most of my stories were appreciated by program producer and Editor. That’s why most of my stories find place in BBC world services home page.

I had been selected as a Daniel Pearl/ Saleem Shahzad through Alfred Friendly Press Fellowship programs Washington D.C. During the fellowship I was attached with the Berkshire Eagle: a local American Newspaper at Pittsfield Massachusetts. During the fellowship, I was responsible to work with the local staff on various news stories, learn new tools of journalism and to contribute weekly Op-Ed article to the paper.
I was responsible to lead a radio production team working on humanitarian and social affair programs in KPK and FATA region. Ensuring editorial policy and dealing with more than 15 freelance reporters and four producers were my main responsibilities.
I worked with PACT RADIO (Pak Afghan Cross Border Transmission) in Swat, as Station Manager and Zonal coordinator. I was responsible for cross border LIVE Radio Programs, Swat office management and coordination with all PACT RADIO zonal offices as well as head office. I was leading daily editorial meeting among Pakistan and Afghanistan offices to ensure organization policy, and program quality. Besides this I worked as trainer to train youngster in radio journalism and encourage them for PACT Radio approach. Main focus of our transmission was to highlight common people problems and give voice to voiceless people.
I was responsible to coordinate with implementing partner and to monitor listening group activates for a radio program “SABAOON”, I was also responsible to write feedback reports.
I worked as an assistant director and editor with Zeeshan Perwez, I was responsible to coordinate with client organizations and to assist Zeeshan Perwez, video director in pre and post production.
To promote Ospery security Managment activities in media and to arrange mass awareness programs regarding security.
To coordinate with media organization for the Promotion of UNFPA activities and Monitoring of Press on Gender issues, I carried out intensive Gender focused research material for developing Gender training aimed at Journalist and broadcaster from across Pakistan.
worked as Humanitarian producer for daily one-hour current affairs radio program (Jazba-e-Tameer) focusing on humanitarian information for victims in earthquake-affected areas.
