 Execution of works as per drawing specifications.
 Supervision of Geo investigation at site.
 Preparing shop drawing as required.
 Supervision for civil works, building and elevated concrete structures-foundations and steel works, drainage structures and retaining wall.
 Responsible for monitoring the site work activities as required.
 Coordinating amongst Main contractors and sub contractors ensuring proper sequencing and preparation of work.
 Typing letters Faxes and every type of correspondence.
 Conduct and coordinate progress meetings and coordination meetings along with client, consultant, owner, subcontractor and my project team. Highlight various critical issues and deriving solutions in order to resolve it well before it impacts the overall project progress.
 Working on making drawings in AutoCAD on 2D and 3D
 Making proposal of Architectural drawings.
 Making revised drawings of proposed drawings for the changes after Approving from Dubai Municipality.
 Making Drainage drawings.
 General office work and handling correspondence.
 Studying the work plan, to watch and inspect the construction work and assure that it is done in full accordance with the drawings, technical specifications.
 Inspecting and testing the materials prior to their use at site as per sample approved.
 Maintain a filling system for all site memos and instructions, measured quantities of work.
 Maintain a site order book to be made available for consultants and senior officers to write comments or defects in construction noticed during site visits.
 Preparing Daily and weekly progress reports of site
