Direct reporting to Head of Collection and Recoveries.  04 Regional Coordinators are working under my Supervision.  Maintaining MIS of all insurance related matters  Monitoring and ensuring the Claims resolution as per the agreed TAT of the insurance companies.  Regular Correspondence with Insurance Claims Departments, Surveyors and Tracker Management Unit.  Dealing with Customer‘s and ensure 100% Customer’s satisfaction during the process of insurance claim.  Closure of all insurance related matters after the claim settlement (Releasing of Documents and handing over the Refund pay orders to the customers).  Preparation of all Insurance/ Debt Collections MIS  Insurance Review MIS (Pending Insurance Portfolio)  Preparation and monitoring of business exposure and partners behavior.  Preparing monthly KPI Index of Collection officers  Collection System maintenance and ensure proper running of system  Preparation of New Product in Collection systems (Routers, Data mapping, MAAR Query’s)
