o Job Purpose: Selling and promoting What's On to direct clients and agencies, both new and existing. Reaching sales targets and assisting the advertisement manager in reports and planning.
Sell advertising space in What's On magazine to existing and prospective clients
Ensure that targets are achieved
Ensure client records and database are updated
Ensure client artwork is recieved before deadline and is appropriate
Knowledge of own and competitive titles
Maintain relationships with agencies and direct clients
Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings
Display resilience to handle and overcome rejection
Ensure that sales reports are filled daily, as per the CRM protocol
Manage booking forms and order forms
Report to Senior Advertising Manager/Group Advertising Manager
Attend events to obtain leads and increase visibilty in the market
o Agencies Handled: Starcom, Mediavest, MPG, PHD, OMD, LAK, AGA, Brand COnnection, Strategies, and Carat.
