Manage the Enterprise Solutions Business Unit, with a big team of Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, Developers, Project Managers, and Sales Executives.

The business target of this unit is to market, sell, and implement Enterprise Business Solutions, mainly ERP, Portals, eCommerce Solutions, and web-based dashboards, in addition to BPM and BI solutions based on Microsoft technology.

We became the best partner in Kuwait for implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions, especially the Dynamics AX. We showed highest growth rate and fastest achievement.

Manage the Microsoft Business Unit within EBLA; manage the Sales activities, pre-sales, and manage all Projects of Technology implementations of major infrastructure and solutions in the Government of Kuwait. Manage the day-to-day operations of the business unit.

EBLA, as a Microsoft gold partner and one of the 3 Microsoft LAR’s in Kuwait, won the Microsoft EA (Enterprise Agreement) contract with the Kuwaiti Government. Most of our activities and sales force is focused on selling additional products and solutions to the Government sector.

Lead the execution of the technology strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships.
Build and manage a professional technology and project management team to deliver quality projects to clients, in addition to managing research and development.
Manage and deliver projects to customers varying in complexity from the configuration of standard systems through to the development of new products and product ranges.
Anticipate and react to major technology changes to ensure keeping the company in a leadership position in the competitive landscape.
Establish technical standards, policies, and procedures and ensure adherence to them for projects and products development, in addition to the company’s technical services.
Manage the core IT competencies of the department and build a skill building matrix to ensure serving all required technology areas of interest.

Manage Team Leads and Technical Team Members, manage projects according to PMI standards, gather requirements, analyze and design, deliver to client's satisfaction.

Managed multiple enterprise projects like the Driver’s License for MOI, Fair Collection and Transportation Management system for KPTC, Enterprise Portal for KOC, Security Management systems for MOI, and others.

Major part of my job was to do Architecture Design and Audit, and perform Code Audit, for all projects, including the projects I manage and other projects of other project managers, in order to ensure adherence to company standards and code standards.

Using the best technology solutions from Microsoft .Net (VB, C#, C++) and Web tools and scripts.

Developed the Group's MIS System. The task included requirement gathering, analysis, design, and development of the complete MIS system with a team of developers.

I started as Payables Manager, then was promoted to become Purchasing Manager.

I Managed the Purchasing Department and Built a complete Procurement System for the Kuwait Hotels Company Chain. Developed it using Clipper and DBase.

Night Auditor reviewing and auditing all daily transactions on the mainframe computer and doing an end of day processing.
