• Monitoring of 3G & 4G Sites Surveys, Surveys analysis, Equipment issuance as per HQ criteria, Equipment Mapping inform of vendor equipment shortage, 2nd level support to regional NC team and vendor for implementation and integration, interdepartmental coordination for resolution of all issues, resolving all HW and TXN related alarms, timely execution of the planned sites in the set time frame.
• Publish 3G & 4G Project Progress Reports of Daily Activities with Co-Ordination with three Vendors (Huawei, ZTE, Ericsson) and with CMPAK teams
• Coordination with HQ for Complete E2E 3G & 4G Project Execution Plan and Regional NC team for Execution
• Swap execution of LTE from Huawei to ZTE about 125 sites | RAN KPI finalization
• Quality Inspection during Project Execution. Proper Check list for effective QA | Audits and routine visits to Sites during Project execution | Arrangement of QA trainings
• Execute special project on 3G and 4G network like Filter installation, site expansion, 3G/4G sector addition, IBS or KPI improvement
• SOP definition of Project with consents of All department RAN, TXN, Fops, VAS, BSS etc
• I have provide the U2000 NMS server, MW media support to verify the 3G, 4G through put, back end media, site configuration and new sites execution.
• Site Acceptance, site Audit and MS trouble shooting of MW transmission
• eNodeB, NodeB integration and KPIs maintenance with coordination of RAN
• MW and PTN Packet loss analysis.
• Track and Declare 3G & 4G Sites “On Air for Commercial purpose” with Huawei, ZTE, RAN and Fops coordination
• Worked with PMO department for TT closure, Fuel audit, outage decreasing projects, low traffic cell verification, increase Network availability with site / Sector level working
• PO tracking, Contract SOW, Project SOPs and site PAC /FAC tracking and signature of 3G and 4G sites
• PTCL LTE Eagle Project“4G” (Huawei) in which I have managed the eNodeB & MW installation and Cutovers from CDMA to LTE.
• I have managed PTML (Huawei) Expansion and HBA as per requirement of RF optimization department, BSC up gradation, reallocation, and RNC installation. I also have managed the PTML Swap in Central region.
• Warid Swap Project (Huawei) in which I have managed the swap survey, BSC, MGW, M2000 installation and roll out BTS sites.
• CMPak MW Project (Huawei) in which I have managed the CMPak Swap and roll out MW sites & MW link up gradations of nearly 500 hops and Now Working on 3G MW media and swap .
• Mobilink Maga Project (Huawei) in which I have managed the swapped of BSC, BTS (BTS3900), Power Rectifier (Power cube), Microwave (RTN 900 series), Dismantle existing systems and Reverse transport the Equipment of 200 Sites. Now working on new 3G BTS sites and Nano IBS BTS sites.
• Resource adjustment up to 150, Project management with multi-dimensional domains aspect and PO issuance, Project negotiation during kickoff, Profitability count and settlements.
