• Concept and design of all LV and ELV services as per client requirement.
• Authority approvals for DEWA/Etisalat/DPS etc.
• Shop Drawing approvals, on-site inspections, design modifications, liaise between client and contractor.

• Coordination with other departments, contractors, suppliers.
• Prepare technical comparison of products/materials and value engineering reports for client.

Government project serving automotive and transportation field with over 52 varied blocks including automotive testing, maintenance, repair along with various office blocks, warehouses, G+3 & G+1 Staff accommodations and service blocks.
• G+3 Warehouse and Office for Richemont, DAFZ
Ground floor Logistics floor with 2 Floors of workshop & office for service and repair of luxury goods.
• G+1 Ajman Academy Phase II - Extension, Ajman
School block for Ajman Academy.
• Managing execution of all on-site works as per approved drawing for LV & ELV systems along with co-ordination with other services.
• Complete electrical design, load schedules, calculations.
• Bill of quantities, material procurement.
• Preparing engineering documentations and drawings.
• Coordinating with all external parties (eg.-Home automation, civil, network, Security system etc) for completion of project.
• Managing and supervising all on site works.
• Procurement of complete electrical materials required in a project.
• Handling complete Drawings of Electrical, Low Current and Access Control Systems..
• Preparing complete documentation of Load Schedules, Voltage Drop Calculation and preparation of Shop Drawings.
• Coordinating with other services such as HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV and Civil in order to avoid any clashes during execution.
• Preparing Shop Drawings after consultant comments, as-built drawings, revised drawings, upgrading working load schedules.
• Preparing of work procedures, method statements, pre qualification documents etc.
• Coordinating with client/consultant for approval of drawings.
• Maintaining documents and record of work carried out, review of updating submittals, O & M manuals and As-built drawings.
