• Following up new business opportunities
• Participate in the implementation of the bank marketing plans
• Providing management with market feedback.
• Providing top management with MIS reports on customer satisfaction, revenues, requirements and other related issues.
• Ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
• Oversee development of advertising, public relations and all marketing communications to meet product objectives.
• Develop programs and campaigns to increase revenue from retail products
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets
• Doing credit assessments for retail lending cases that are presented to H-RBG
• Participate in creating, launching or implementing new products
• Draft product process and procedures for assigned products to ensure that a product launch is smooth and successful.
• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
• Participate in cross functional teams to execute product development plan
•Being member of credit committee assigned to grant retail credit facilities
•Responsible for market feedback, recommend changes in procedures
•Responsible for achieving assigned budget (Auto loan, credit card, personal loan etc…).
•Making daily, weekly and monthly reports to the direct line manager
•Ensure quality of services to internal & external customers.
•Expanding customer base.
•Marketing & booking bank’s retail products / Assets and liabilities portfolio.
•Responsible of pulling in companies pay roles in coordination of branch manager /Retail manger and CBG team
•Adherence to the product parameters and credit policy manual. .
•Following all steps in booking the case till its lodging.
•Reviewing KYC reports on daily bases.
•Reviewing all out going and ingoing transfers.
•Reviewing all cheques before sending for collection.
•Dual control on cash area with the cash manager
•Reviewing all certified and draft cheques issued.
•Ensure proper filing of documents and correspondences.
•Reviewing LGs, LCs and other related trade finance documents
•Perform any additional task as assigned

•Receive uncollected / non-reachable cases from collection operations to be transferred to Legal Group.
