•Responsible for major foreign and construction projects procurements and contracts (S-Oil, Chevron, Afton, UMC. Aramco)
•Responsible of all I.T projects procurements.
•Prepare Purchase order and RFQs.
•Preparing whole year order schedule on basis of sales forecast for all raw materials.
•Taking care of additive and base oil deliveries to respective plants.
•Releasing all orders in system and maintaining stock levels of raw materials.
•Introducing new vendors and their evaluation as per our standards.

•Handling, internal construction projects, ( Jeddah and Riyadh plant renovation, Jeddah plant extension, new sale office project) (Total expenditures 21 million Saudi Riyals)

Major Accomplishments

• Moved all shipments from DDU to CIF. (Saved Almost 1.6 Million SAR in 2011)
• Introduced plan of avoiding bad cost, Reduced Detention and Demurrage form 1.42 Million SAR to 300K (2011)
• Revalidated and enhanced process and procedures of procurement as per requirements of ISO 2008:9001 and acquired ISO certificate in May 2011.
• Finalized contracts for new packaging material (new carton, new labels and new mold) Expected saving on packaging in 2012 is 1 Million SAR
• Converted three major additives from drums to bulk shipments. (Expected cost saving in 2012 .5 Million SAR)
