Responsible to deliver the product after getting the order from clients on Credit basis.
:- To ensure and deliver the order within a given time.
:- To maintain the proper record of account receivable.
:- Cash & Bank management and reconciliation of both accounts.
:- Communicate with the clients and reduce the chances of discrepancies .
:- Reduce chances of bad debts with proper setup.
Cross Checking of Production reports & daily dispatch report
Receive the sale order from Sales representative and make the report of item quantity (S. Module)
Make a production order given quantity order (P. Module)
Issuance of raw material inventory as per order from main store to production store (I. Module)
Issue inventory from production store to production (Production)
Received Finish goods inventory from production against receipt
Identify the loss on Raw material transfer to production loss head under the scrap issue head.
Finish good loss transfer to good issued in inventory module of scrap issue head.
My core responsibilities in mullar philps were to handle the inventory and bring the internal control within the premises of business. Responsibilities are classified into two main Categories. These are primary and secondary responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
:- Held responsible to maintain the inventory and to keep the up to date record of accounts.
:- Maintain the Accounts Receivable record along with their subsidiary ledgers of accounts receivables.
:- Perform the physicals calculation of high value of stock items on daily basics and send report to the top management along financial reports.
:-Reconciliations of cash and bank on weekly basis.
:-Perform action to physically review the record of less and low value of stock after 7days and 15 days.
Secondary Responsibilities:
:- To ensure the work should be done according to the sop.
:- Reduce the chances of theft and loss of material.
:- Material transfer to client under the supervision of me with a proper setup.
:- Held responsible to provide a good environment and work done as a team.
:- Keep eye on lay environment.
Performed all type financial function such as,
Account Receive able Account payable, purchase order entry and inventory accounting. Processed monthly accruals; prepared checks, sales record, sale tax and reconciled bank statements along with supervise all type of internal or external financial matters as well.
Responsibilities:
:- Responsible for the processing, reviewing, tracking, and general ledger for multiple projects
:- Maintaining payment draws files and invoice files.
:- Communicate with vendors, and external parties to manage draw requests/requirements
