❖ Assist the Sr. Cash Transfer Manager in designing the on-the-job vocational training component of the project (cash-for-training), in line with project proposal, and by defining: objectives, beneficiary selection criteria, payment modality, documentation

❖ Support the CMOs in engaging the community in on-the-job vocational training activities, and in facilitating the community's understanding of this intervention
❖ Support and supervise the enrolment and regular attendance of beneficiaries in on-the-job vocational training, as per procedures agreed between Finance and Program

❖ Assist in producing/updating program documentation based on project information provided by the Sr. Cash Transfer Manager
